Asthma

I was diagnosed as having asthma around 2 and 1/2 years back. I really wish I didn't have it. This year I seem to be reacting to the pollen. At the moment my sinuses are aching so much, and I am dreading the moment when it comes lose and travels south. Am struggling to breathe and feel quite miserable. I wonder how long it will take for me to be used to it, and be able to predict bad days...and do something preventative in advance?

Do you have an inhaler you could take? Or if you go to the doctor you could become prescribed to Advair, it's slightly pricey but definitely worth it! I've had asthma since I was born and I've been on Advair for about 3 years, I love it. Breath easy!

I Have asthma too, what seems to help is being in good shape. Your body grows a tolerance to it. If you run a lot you should start to feel the difference. I know at first it is extremely hard and you might depend on your inhaler but it is worth it!

Thanks for the comment streakcheer7. After several operations on my knees, and ankle, running is not an option. At one point my foot collasped.
